Late Cancellation/No Show Policy:​

Hey Gorgeous!
Life happens—I totally get it! But here’s the deal: to keep everything running smoothly here, in my little beauty haven, I have a teeny-tiny favor to ask. Below you’ll find Cheeky Skin & Wax Studio’s oh-so-important Cancellation/No-Show Policy. Please give it a read to avoid any unexpected surprises (I prefer my surprises in the form of amazing skin, not unexpected fees).​
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so on the Square App at least 24 hours in advance. This magical 24-hour window allows me to fill your spot with another beloved client in need of some TLC. Plus, it helps avoid awkward silences and a sad, empty treatment room.
If you cancel less than 24 hours or simply don’t show up, a 50% service fee will be charged. Yep, that’s right—a little love note from me in the form of an invoice.
To keep things fair and square, the outstanding fee will need to be settled before I can book your next appointment. I promise, the faster you pay it, the faster we can get you to get back to your natural state of smooth and glowing!
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in reducing your appointment time or, in some cases, canceling the appointment altogether. If that happens, the above policy will apply. After all, we want to ensure everyone gets the “me- time” they’re entitled to!
For my repeat offenders (you know who you are!), continued late cancellations or no-shows will result in requiring pre-payment for all future appointments. Think of it as your way of showing commitment to our mutual fabulousness!
I value your time as much as we both value glowing skin. Let’s keep it fair and fabulous by respecting each other’s schedules. When you honor this policy, it helps me keep the studio running smoothly and allows everyone to get the scheduled self-care they need!

I know you adore your little munchkins—I do too! They bring joy, laughter, and sometimes an impressive amount of energy wherever they go. However, our studio is not exactly a playground, and here's why:
​
Our studio is a hotspot—literally. With hot wax, steam machines, tip, and trip hazards galore, we want to keep everyone safe. Even the most vigilant super-parent might struggle to keep curious little hands away from these hazards.
​
The equipment in the studio is top-of-the-line and top-dollar. One playful tug or accidental knock can lead to costly repairs or replacements. Trust me, I’d rather spend that money on more equipment and education; I'm sure you have better plans for that kind of cash as well. Let's not make things weird.

This is your appointment, your time to unwind, relax, and be pampered. Think of it as a mini-vacation from the daily hustle. You deserve to enjoy every minute of it without any distractions!
To ensure everyone's safety and the best possible experience for you, we kindly ask that you leave the little ones at home during your visit. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep Cheeky Skin & Wax Studio a serene and safe sanctuary for all!
